Meet Debo, a 6-year-old Bulldog whose heart is just beginning to discover what love truly feels like. Before coming to the shelter, Debo lived in unfit housing and spent most of his life confined to a crate, with little comfort and no real chance to be a dog. But the moment he arrived here, his story began to change. Debo is gentle to his core. He handled his very first real bath like a champ, letting us lift, scrub, and love on him without a single worry. He's curious about toys but seems unsure of what they're meant for, as if play is something he's only dreamed about. Fast movements can startle him, and he's still learning the world isn't a scary place, so he'll need a calm, patient home with kids 10+. Though shy at first, Debo quickly warms up and will hop up gently to ask for affection! With other dogs, he's polite, dainty, and social once he has a moment to understand he's safe. If you're looking to make a real difference in a dog's life, Debo is ready to bloom right by your side!
