Meet London, a gentle female Bulldog who arrived overnight with help from local police and has been charming everyone since. Slow and sweet in her approach, London greets handlers with a low, hopeful tail wag and happily leans in for pets. Though timid with new people at first, a kind voice and a gentle touch quickly bring out her affectionate side. London isn't quite ready to play just yet, but she gives encouraging little wags when you try, and during her dog test she warmed up beautifully hopping around and engaging politely. She seems to prefer calmer, gentler canine friends. On leash, she strolls slowly, savoring her sniffing time, and never pulls. With her sweet nature and tender spirit, London would do best in a patient, calm home with kids 10+, where she can blossom at her own pace and enjoy all the love she's been waiting for.
